Choose one of our specialty quiches:
Either baked with backfin crab meat, mushrooms, spinach, and Swiss cheese
OR
Baked with shrimp, scallops and Swiss cheese.
Both are topped with Hollandaise sauce and served with fresh fruit.

Flat Iron Steak


A 6 oz. Flat Iron steak seasoned and grilled to temperature, set on a bed of peppercorn cabernet demi-glace. Served with smashed potatoes and asparagus.

A gently seasoned crab cake, no fillers here, broiled with a touch of butter and drizzled with ancho chipotle aioli. Served atop wild riceand black bean ragout.
