Rockefellar Artichoke Dip
Artichoke hearts and Parmesan cheese blended with bacon,
spinach and diced tomatoes,baked to a golden brown and served with homemade French bread croutons.
Spring Rolls
Asian inspired spring rolls filled with marinated corn, edamame, carrots and almonds.
Served with an oriental dipping sauce.
Second Course
Seafood Gouda
Sauteed shrimp, bay scallops, bacon, tomates and spinach,
tossed in a smoked gouda cream sauce, served over linguine.
Abbey Crab Cake
Our famous crab cake, broiled to a golden brown,
served atop wild rice and black bean ragout.
Sirloin Steak
A 5 oz. sirloin steak seasoned and grilled to temperature.
set on a bed of peppercorn cabernet demi-glace. Served with smashed potatoes and asparagus.
Asiago Chicken
A breaded chicken breast topped with honey-cured ham, Asiago cheese and Asiago cream sauce.
Served with smashed potatoes and featured vegetable.
Broiled Shrimp
Seven shrimp butterflied and broiled in lemon herb butter.
Served with coleslaw and seasoned Abbey fries.
Third Course
