Six crostinis topped with balsamic and herb
marinated cherry tomatoes and goat cheese

Cup of She Crab Soup
Or if you prefer, substitute for a cup of Classic French Onion Soup or Soup du Jour

Spinach Salad
A bed of spinach topped with Asiago cheese, toasted almonds, red grapes,
cherry tomatoes and red onion rings.
Served with a sweet and tangy balsamic vinaigrette

Calamari
Hand-battered calamari rings on a bed of marinara sauce

Second Course
Please choose one of the following:

Riverside Salmon
Salmon, grilled and topped with an Asian inspired barbecue glaze,
paired with wild rice and a sauteéd green bean medley

Main Street Combo
A grilled flat iron steak, topped with shrimp sauteéd with bacon and shallots
in a light butter sauce. Paired with smashed potatoes and sauteéd spinach

St. Pauls Chicken Roulade
Chicken breast, stuffed with blue cheese, spinach and roasted red pepper topped
with a bleu cheese cream sauce. Accompanied with rice pilaf and sauteéd green beans

Downtown Seafood Gouda
Sauteéd shrimp, bay scallops, bacon, tomatoes and spinach,
tossed in a smoked gouda cream sauce, served over linguini
